Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Please send an email to info@mala.ie to start the process.

Once you have notified us, please ship the item back to us within the following 14 days.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured courier service, as we cannot take responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit.

Item Condition & Tags

To receive a full refund, the item must be returned as follows:

- The returned item is unworn / unused and the returned item has its original tags attached (including Mala Luxury tags). This tag should not have been removed, broken, or tampered with.

-the returned item is in the original condition when it was purchased/shipped

-the returned item has the original receipt included with the return

-the returned item does not have odours, including but not limited to cigarette smoke, perfume or any cooking smells.

If the item is returned with signs of wear, damage, odours, or missing any original contents (box, dustbag, authenticity card, etc.) or if the tags are missing, broken or have been tampered with, the item will have lost its original resale value. In these cases, we will deduct the corresponding loss in value from your refund, which may be up to the full purchase price.

Refunds

Once you cancel your order, we will process your refund without delay (and always within 14 days of your cancellation notice, subject to us receiving the item back). Your refund will include the price of the item plus the cost of standard outbound shipping. We will issue the funds directly back to your original payment method.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@mala.ie.
